NURS 1106 - Pharmacology

This course provides an introduction to the principles of pharmacology, including: pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, medication interactions and potential adverse medication reactions. Emphasis is placed on drug classifications and nursing care related to the safe administration of medication to patients across the life span. (Fall)

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Nursing Program.
