CJUS 4499 - Restorative and Community Based Justice

Students explore the origins, theories, controversies, and practices of restorative justice as an alternative to resolve conflicts. Students will investigate the meaning of restorative processes by examining the ways in which they are practiced to address crime, school discipline, and other types of conflict around the world.
