BUSA 3334 - Organizational Management

This course provides the foundation for understanding how project-based work is accomplished in contemporary organizations. Organizational model for accomplishing work will be covered including projectized, functional and matrix models. An overview of project program and portfolio management will be covered. The course is completed with the review of various approaches to strategy development, enterprise-level performance measurement, and models for organizational performance improvement (such as Baldrige, ISO, and PMI’s OPM3).
