BUSA 4433 - Project Quality and Risk Management

This course provides skills needed to implement quality tools, techniques and practices in all phases of the project life cycle and in assessing and managing the risks related to project success. Elements of a systematic approach to risk management are covered including risk identification, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, risk planning and monitoring for outcome realization. The material covered follow the Project Management Institute’s; (PMI) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
