EDBE 4482 - Spanish Language & Folklore of New Mexico for the Bilingual Teacher

This course will cover aspects of New Mexican language and folklore: linguistic structure, regional and social variation, bilingualism, maintenance and shift, English influence, etc. It will also cover folkways of the Spanish-speaking people of New Mexico.

Prerequisite(s): SPAN 1110 and SPAN 1120.
