ENGL 4468 - Eco-Criticism

You will explore the interpretive possibilities of eco-criticism as it applies to the understanding and writing of literature. You will address the question of how literary texts represent and explore the relations between nature and culture and the human and non-human, and how they may help us understand environmental crisis and the multifaceted threat posed today by the domination of homo sapiens over the earth.
