ENVS 3316 - Fire Management and Restoration(3 CR, 3T + 0L)
You will study the concepts of fire management, which involves predicting fire behavior and effects, as well as making decisions appropriate to natural resource management objectives. You will also study fire management options, which vary greatly, and may include fuels management and education, fire suppression, wildland fire use, and igniting and managing a prescribed fire, and post-fire rehabilitation.
Prerequisite(s): ENVS 1110 /ENVS 1110L and ENVS 2140 .
